Reduce single-use plastic

Reduce single-use plastic

There is over 250,000 tonnes of plastic in the world's oceans, so to combat this, I will reduce my single-use plastic reliance by making small changes within my life. Whilst I have been mindful of plastic in terms of using a reusable drink bottle and reusable shopping bags, I haven't taken the same action in response to my other plastic consumption. I would like to start a habit of using reusable keep cups for coffee to stop my consumption of plastic-lined and lidded disposable cups, as well as reduce my use of cling wrap in the kitchen. I hope that these small changes in my habits will help contribute to more sustainable oceans as well as responsible consumption and production.
